How often should I receive a massage?

The frequency of massage sessions depends on your individual desires, needs and goals. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need a massage once a month. Follow your own intuitive signs and cues. Do what feels best to you!

Yes, I am a licensed massage therapist, certified by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy #0439. Over the past 40+ years, I have dedicated myself to continuous learning and have received specialized training in Lomi Lomi, Esalen, and other massage techniques to provide the highest quality of care.
